Bush At U.N., Again

Great speech delivered yesterday by the president to the UN General Assembly.  I saw it as CSpan recorded it.  One thing is for sure, everyone, from the DNC to the corrupt United Nations, saw a leader last night, articulating very well the problems we and the world face together, and what needs to be done about it.  It won't move the UN a bit, they apparently thrive on corruption, even to the point of yawning over genocide in Sudan.  The benefit of appealing to the UN like he did was it gave the world a glimpse of just how irrelevent and uninterested the UN is in taking a stand on some of the worlds worst problems.  It was a speech that in any other audience would have gotten a standing O.  It deserved one.
