Gay-Friendly Cape May Changes Dress Code In Cape May,  men may once again strut their stuff down the promenade, after a 30 year ban on speedos worn by men on the streets and 'boardwalk.'  That'd be good news too to the French Canadians, of all ages and weight.  Makes me wonder if they have mirrors in Canada.
