Senate Panel Chair Asks FBI for Atta Info (AP).

An American flag waved at the anniversary of the September 11th attacks. An American businessman torched a fabled Stars and Stripes he bought from the E-bay auction site, to end a dispute over whether the flag fluttered over the Pentagon on September 11, 2001(AFP/POOL/File)AP - The chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee asked the FBI to hand over all information about a secret military intelligence unit that purportedly identified Sept. 11 mastermind Mohamed Atta as a terrorist a year before the terrorism attacks.
