Referencing my post last Friday (11/4), the "progressive" website mentioned in the first sentence was that of Air America's radio show called the Ring of Fire, which is hosted by J. Michael (Mike) Papantonio and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., possibly the original 'falconer.' My attempt to shed some light on what a good week last week was for the country, and that conservatives need not be troubled by the media-created polls designed to fit a forgone conclusion, got me this new welcome message on the next day. Seems the Ring of Fire is more like a flame-out.
The whole point here is to illustrate just how the left deals with conservatives. Incapable of engaging beyond name calling, they will try to eliminate anyone to the right of Arlen Specter. And this from a host who says that Republicans suffer mental illness and is also involved in the Gloria Wise Boys & Girls Club money scandal.
Always quick to accuse President Bush of 'being a divider', not a 'uniter,' it is pretty obvious to see that any uniting will not happen as long as they remain out of power. Dittos for their forums, even ones called the 'Conservative Corner,' the place where I made the post. The conservative corner is really not for conservatives, it's just named that so they can fool themselves into being diverse and tolerant. Segregation seems to suit the left. Just ask black Republican Lt. Gov. Michael Steele about this or this. But wait, this isn't an isolated incident, they have a pattern of this kind of behavior. Makes a good footnote to the new book about the new left in America titled "Do As I Say, Not as I Do" by Peter Schweizer.
He didn't say whether Democrats were automatically immune to this uniqely Republican mental illness. The above seems to suggest it is already too late. Papantonio's rant sounds like ascribing a disorder to someone who is principled. The 'principled' part being the disorder. Bottom line, they better hope beyond hope that their fantasy disorder doesn't spread to Democrats, because they will probably have to go to some socialist country for their medication, because they will have sued the incentive for innovation right out of US drug makers.
