John and John, What's The Difference? Despite denials by his supporters to the contrary, Murtha, like his comrade John Kerry, is out there again accusing, trying, and convicting our marines of cold blooded murder without the benefit of a trial and without the benefit of our legal system.  You know, innocent until proven guilty.  Apparently that only applies to conservatives, but it's OK for liberals who want to trash the Administrations' handling of the war. I guess he feels the enemy needs a morale booster. US Rep. John Murtha, D-PA, speaks during a news conference on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC.
