Since they gave no explanation, let's guess why the ABA recently downgraded their 'rating' of Brett Kavanaugh. The ABA rears it's partisan head. Kavanaugh was interviewed on behalf of the ABA by a divorce lawyer named Marna S. Tucker, according to the Washington Times.

The left is not happy with Senator Barack Obama, based on a rumor that Senator Barack Obama has been opposing a filibuster of Alito inside the Democratic Caucus. They're not crazy about Hillary either, even though she succumbed to their demands to join their bandwagon to filibuster the Alito vote in the Senate which, BTW was started by the Kennedy twins of Massachusetts. That would be Sen. Ted Kennedy and Sen. John Kerry, the Kennedy Twins.

Clinton over Judge Alito's nomination. Are Democrats the ones who did poorly in civics class in high school? Constitutionally, since when is it a judge's job to advance principles? Hillary, judges interpret laws and advance nothing. Principles have nothing to do with it. Maybe it was the phone calls from the rabid left?

The Ted Kennedy, John Kerry, MoveOn.org, George Soros, Michael Moore, and Barbra Streisand wing of the Democrat Party (correction: since they are running the party politics for democrats now, calling it a 'wing' is somewhat a misnomer) will be busy this weekend beating the filibuster drums over the Alito nomination. The desperation in their message is emblematic of how deeply the Democrat party relies on the Judicial branch of government to make laws, totally ignoring the law making body, the Legislative branch.

Meanwhile, 'top Democrats in Congress' are in search of an agenda. An organization called 'Americans United' will be writing the script for the 'lawmakers.' Their claim to fame is how they were instrumental in defeating Bush's Social Security Reform. But that's not all.

In Florida, an activist judiciary takes away your choice for teaching your kids. Florida's Supreme Court by 5-2, prefers preserving failing schools with failing students over teaching students. So who is it that is 'turning back the clock' on the poor and minorities? They seem to prefer the soft bigotry of low expectations.

For the last three days of the Senate Confirmation Hearings, we have heard the ethical and moral accusations from the leaders of the Democrat party aimed at Judge Samuel Alito, grandstanding for the media, while his wife Martha (and family) sits in the front row supporting her husband, and showing no sign of distress. Today I saw just how much pain they had caused when Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) apologized for their behavior.
