Re: New User - How do I FTP to my storage space?. Hi WavyGravy.

You don't get an ftp account with UserLand. You get upstreaming ability. So, just drop your podcasts into your gems folder in your Radio UserLand:www folder. Radio will then upstream them to the server.

Keep in mind, there is a 1MB limit on files upstreamed so you may wish to rethink your strategy if your podcasts are at least that size.

stupid question, Open Radio. When Radio is running, and you right click on the icon in the system tray, and you click on the Open Radio option, what the heck is that window for? Most things I click on seem to be empty. Guess I just don't understand what that application is for and how to use it.

Been using the desktop website homepage exclusively so far, only because I don't know what the other program is for. [Radio UserLand Messages]

Re: margins too wide. Hi Ross,

Your problem may be your images. Just by looking at the images you have put into your blog, most are more than 500px wide, and it doesn't clear the text that is supposed to be below it therefore leaving a left margin next to the image.

First resize your image to a smaller width, and you may want to put this tag after the image, <br clear:both> , and align your image to the left if it is that wide?

Each theme has a limit on what the width is for the text area before it starts to expand and the reader will have to start scrolling. I played around with the image width to find out what the maximum width for an image I could post before it starts to expand and my maximum came out to 390px width, but each width would be different with each template.

Anyway I hope this is what the problem is... let me know how it goes. [Radio UserLand Messages]
