CIA Needs Some Housecleaning

It was the CIA that initiated the action that led to the investigation into who leaked Valerie Plame's identity, who was not a covert agent at the time.  Why isn't there the same interest in finding out who leaked this prison information, which apparently really is covert?  Seems to me the CIA has too many people there who can't keep a secret if it will be damaging to the administration.

Additionally, the Washington Post and New York Times should have some sort of consequences imposed on them for knowingly divulging secret covert CIA information.  There is no first amendment right to commit treason is there?
